Noura Tashakor is the Founder and Director of Tashacare Australia. Noura is responsible for the company direction and performance. She holds a Master of Pharmacy Practice and has worked as a clinical pharmacist in leading metropolitan and regional hospitals. Noura has used her knowledge of the medical sector to build a company that leads the disability sector in its multidisciplinary focus, collaboration and quality outcomes. She is utilising her clinical expertise to lead the migration from medication use to skill development of individuals who are subject to restrictive practices. Noura is passionate about building the sector through support and education of allied health professionals.

Geoff Dowling is the Lead Orthotist and Podiatrist at Tashacare Australia. He holds numerous tertiary qualifications and has completed specialist studies in Sonography and obtained his prescribing licence. With over a decade of experience in the surgical and community settings, Geoff has extensive experience in the management of lower limb pathology. In addition to managing a complex caseload of his own, Geoff is in charge of the support and development of our junior staff. Geoff is dedicated to excellence in service delivery.

Michael is a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant and has worked in various commercial and government roles over the last 15 years. As the Finance & Operations Manager at Tashacare, Michael manages the finances as well as the strategies to ensure the Tashacare team continues to thrive. The aim being to achieve better client outcomes and a culture where staff can continue to develop the sector.

Jennine is our HR and Recruitment Manager. With a long career in people-related roles spanning various industries, including Health, Recruitment, Employment Services, and Insurance, Jennine brings a wealth of experience to our team. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in business and post-graduate qualifications in Training and Change Management, she possesses the expertise and qualifications to contribute to our ongoing success as an organization that is person-centered for both our clients and our people.

Anju is a qualified Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience working in the hospital, occupational rehabilitation, and community settings. Anju’s broad experience equips her with insight into the various Councils of Australian Government as well as a variety of clinical conditions across the lifespan. Anju utilises this clinical and sector expertise to drive clinical excellence at Tashacare through development and maintenance of robust clinical policy and procedures in conjunction with our development programs. In addition to the advancement and support of our allied health clinicians, Anju liaises with our community partners to develop the sector as well as future generations of health practitioners in line with Tashacare’s Vision and Mission.

Irfan currently serves as the IT Manager at Tashacare. With over 14 years of extensive experience in diverse IT roles, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Holding a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, as well as dual Bachelor degrees in Business Information Systems and Computer System Architecture, Irfan is well-equipped to lead our Information Technology department. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing and guiding the daily operations of Tashacare’s IT department, ensuring the reliable and secure functioning of services, systems, and infrastructure.
