Director
Noura Tashakor is the Founder and Director of Tashacare Australia, where she oversees the company’s strategic direction. Holding a Master of Pharmacy Practice, Noura has experience as a clinical pharmacist in prominent metropolitan and regional hospitals. Drawing on her expertise in the medical field, she has established a company that leads the disability sector with its emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration and high-quality outcomes. She is deeply passionate about strengthening the sector through the support and education of allied health professionals.
Michael Matusiak
General Manager
Michael is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in various commercial, government and managerial roles. As General Manager, he oversees the daily operations of Tashacare, including allied health service delivery, finances, and strategic planning. Michael works closely with the leadership team to ensure that the Tashacare team continues to thrive. His goal is to enhance client and clinician outcomes while fostering a culture that supports individual development, empowers meaningful impact with clients, and leaves an impact on the sector.
Hannah Gordon
Human Resources and Recruitment Manager
Hannah brings across HR experience from the UK as well as Australia with a strategic and people-focused approach to Tashacare. Passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing teams, she is committed to ensuring that Tashacare attracts and supports top talent in the sector. She is dedicated to creating an engaging workplace culture, implementing leadership pathways, and driving initiatives that support employee well-being and growth. Hannah plays a key role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
Anju Thomas
Allied Health Manager
Anju is a qualified Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience in hospital, occupational rehabilitation, and community settings. Her diverse background provides her with valuable insight into the sector and a wide range of clinical conditions across all stages of life. Anju applies her clinical and sector expertise to promote clinical excellence at Tashacare by developing and maintaining comprehensive clinical policies and procedures, alongside our development programs. In addition to supporting and advancing the skills of our allied health clinicians, Anju collaborates with community partners to foster sector growth and support the development of future generations of health professionals.
