Comments, Complaints and Improvements

We value your comments and feedback. Participants, families, advocates or other stakeholders are welcome to contact us about Tashacare Australia’s services.

We can also provide participants with information about Feedback and Complaints in Easy Read Format if required.

It is our policy to follow the principles of procedural fairness and natural justice and comply with the requirements under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018.

Feedback and complaints can be submitted to us by:

  • Completion of our Complaint / Feedback Form (electronically or in writing- please contact our office for a hard copy and or assistance to complete one).
  • Completing our Feedback form (please see contact us page).
  • Sending an email to our contact email.
  • Contacting our office on our contact number.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544 or TTY 133 677.

To make an anonymous complaint, please contact our office for a hard copy of our feedback form to be sent to you with a return postage envelope.
